RECOMMENDATIONS

When you have the balls made, with the raw dough, it is the right time to freeze them and keep them so that only baking the cookies remains. Therefore, you can prepare a large amount of dough and keep the frozen balls ready.

The baking time of the cookies is up to the consumer’s preference: some cultures prefer them more undercooked and soft in the middle, while others bake them thoroughly to make them very crunchy. Therefore, the duration in the oven is approximate and you should define it according to your taste.
