The brownie is a chocolate cake with nuts inside. Once made, it keeps for a long time due to its density and the amount of sugar it contains.

Ingredients for 4 people:
300 g of dark chocolate with 75% cocoa
500 g of butter
420 g of eggs (8 eggs)
650 g of brown sugar
8 g of salt
150 g of flour
60 g of cocoa powder
250 g of nuts
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
- Melt the chocolate with the butter
- Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt, and gradually add this mixture to the chocolate and butter mixture.
- Add the flour and cocoa powder
- Add the nuts, whole or chopped, as you prefer
- Pour the batter into molds, preferably silicone; if using aluminum molds, grease them well with butter and flour
- Bake the brownie for 20-25 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF)
RECOMMENDATIONS
Monitor the baking of the brownie according to the oven you are using. You can substitute the nuts with any other nuts: hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios… The brownie can be personalized: with powdered sugar, with melted chocolate… You can also eat it slightly warm and accompany it with a scoop of ice cream.
