Ingredients for 4 people:
250 g of flour
150 g of brown sugar
100 g of egg (2 eggs)
85 g of butter
5 g of baking powder (Royal)
100 g of chocolate chips (white, dark, or milk)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the butter in the microwave until soft but not liquid.
- Mix in the sugar, flour, baking powder, and gradually, the eggs.
- Add the chocolate chips and make sure they are well distributed throughout the dough.
- Form balls of 20-25 g and place them well spaced on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
