Ingredients for 4 people:
\n<\/strong>230 g of milk
\n55 g of butter
\n300 g of pastry flour
\n100 g of sugar
\n50 g of brown sugar
\n100 g of egg (2 eggs)
\n1 packet of baking powder (Royal)
\n85 g of chocolate
\n50 g of chocolate chips<\/p>\n

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter. Add the sugar and mix well with a whisk. Incorporate the eggs, milk, and finally, the flour and baking powder. The ingredients should be very well combined.
\n2. Preheat the oven to 220 \u00b0C (428 \u00b0F). Divide the batter into muffin cups, leaving about one centimeter from the top. Before placing them in the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips or a bit of sugar on top (optional). Bake for 15 minutes at 215 \u00b0C (419 \u00b0F).<\/p>\n
