  1. In a food processor, blend the dates, sugar, and cocoa powder until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Add the chocolate and hazelnuts and continue blending. Leaving small chunks adds texture to the bar.
  3. Spread the mixture into molds or flatten it and cut it into the desired size.
  4. Once the bars are cool, wrap them individually.
