It is an exclusive monthly subscription designed to introduce you to the world of cacao through products, small-batch trials, limited editions and content created by the Eukarya team.

Every month, you will receive a selection from the world of chocolate, which may include exclusive products, limited editions, small-batch trials or tasting experiences. The contents change from month to month, so there is always something new to discover.

No. The idea behind the club is that every month should be different, giving you the opportunity to discover new origins, formats, ingredients, techniques and creations.

Delivery

Your Chocolate Box will be dispatched once a month. The exact dispatch date will be shown during checkout or included in your confirmation email.

We prepare every delivery with care so that your products arrive in excellent condition and you can enjoy the experience from the moment you open the box.

If there is an issue with your delivery, the courier company or the Eukarya team will contact you to resolve it.

Payment and subscription management

Payments are monthly and recurring. Once your subscription has been activated, payment will be processed automatically each month.

Your first payment will be taken when you start your subscription. After that, you will be charged monthly on your renewal date.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions shown on the subscription page.

Yes, provided that you make the change before we start preparing that month’s Chocolate Box.

Storage and temperature

We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. They do not need to be refrigerated unless otherwise stated on a specific product.

Some products may contain nuts, milk, gluten or other allergens, or may have been made in a workshop where these allergens are handled.
